Hate not having internet!

So haven't posted anything in a very long time since i we don't have Internet at my house =(.
But truth be told i haven't made much these days. My craft area is a mess and still don't have a thing to hold my stamps lol

I did make a card for a colleges friends baby shower! It turned out SO cute!

Its hard to read on here but it says "Here comes prince charming"

Here is what i did for them!

Challenge 1. Anything Cupcake!!!

How cute is this cupcake? I actually used old 3-ring binder separators i had left over from college! How true is the stamp i used "too much of a good thing is simply wonderful" ^_^

Challenge 3. Breast cancer theme item

Simple but sweet!

Last year my best friends dad past away from brain cancer and in his honor we started a rely for life team and one of our members is a breast cancer survivor!!!

Challenge 4. Make something with a Mother's Day Theme!

                                                                                    Well this challenge came at a great time i didn't have my moms mothers day card made yet so when i see her tomorrow she'll actually get this pretty little card.

Its made with a page from an OLD woman's day magazine that was left by the person who lived in my house before us

Challenge 5. Any 3-D item OR 3-D item on your card

April showers brings may flowers

May is the best month of the year!  Mothers day, My anniversary, And MY BIRTHDAY! WOOT

I made the flowers that POP out from the middle of the card out of colorful ads in some magazines i had

Challenge 6. Incorporate a TAG into your project!

I am in love with this little card! its so sweet!

I hate my hand writing but i didn't like the way "Escape" looked when i cut it out on my cricut but i think i did an okay job on it ;-)

Challenge 7. Make a Scrapbook Page!

Well i Dont scrapbook very much if at all but i figure with the birth of my first child it wouldn't hurt to start.

If you know me you know i LOVE LOVE trees lol

I think its cute and simple and not to bad for the start of my scrapbooking life =P

Challenge 8. Make a summer themed project!

Summer Breeze makes me fill fine......

My sister is always so lucky when in comes to yard sales, the blue and white paper is actually wrapping paper that my sister got a HUGE roll of from so yard sale!!!!

Challenge 9. Use Glitz, Glam and Glitter in your project!

So i was REALLY shocked at how hard this one was for me!

If you ask my family they would say if I'm "lost" in a store just try and find the row with the most shiny objects lol... whats sad is it true haha

But in all my craft stuff i had nothing shiny, glittery etc.

but i did have paint (the blue background) and silver nail polish ^_^

Challenge 10. Make a layout or card with a pet in it!

This card turned out pretty cute!

I wish i could find the cord for my camera so i could use it and not my phone.

Challenge 11. Make a project and use Pink, Green and Black in it!

I have to say i love pink and green! if i had a little girl this card is what i feel she would be dressed like lol

Craziness

So its been some time since i posted last and thats because my life has been crazy! lol

When i was in the hospital my sister told me that she was giving me a trailer!! She let her brother in-law live in it and he was moving so she gave it to us. Down side her brother in-law was a total slob *yuck*. When i got out of the hospital me and my fiance stayed up at my dads in Erie while my baby was in the NICU up at
Hamot. When we finally got to come home as a family =) my fiance spent every day over at the trailer cleaning like a mad man! it took about 2 weeks or so before he would even let me come over to see it. Him and my family did a wonderful job making this place look good i guess just out of the living room they took out 23 bags of trash!!!! *nuts i know*

But we are all moved in and 90% unpacked lol and now my life is just a little nuts-oh but that's just because i have a 2 month old and he has  PT & SI coming weekly *PT comes one week SI the other*

I have lots of things i have made since my last posting i just have to find what we did with the charger for my camera so i can take and post picks!

My baby is born!!!!

Well had a hell if a week! On the 11th i went in to the hospital because my blood pressure was something/112 *very bad* spent two days there and they couldn't get my BP under control so they sent me to Magees-Womens hospital in Pittsburgh pa *about 1 1/2 hours south of where i live* talk about a long ride in the ambulance! Once in in Magees i was poked so many times lol lost count at 23 stabs. It hard to get my blood out of me.

On the 15th i started getting a pain on my right side under my ribs and a funky burp taste in my mouth. So they gave me the meds to start labor. BUT my liver had other plans. The pain was nuts i got two shots of morphine it did nothing!!! they came in and said its time to get the baby out!!!

got the epidural put in but it didn't fully work so had to be put under and my son was born at 9:09pm Feb 15th =)

I got severe pre-eclampsia and HELLP my blood platelets dropped all the way down to 40!!!!

It took 2 days before i got to meet my son. best moment of my life =)

spent few more days in the hospital because they could take the epidural out because my blood platelets didn't want to go up

But I'm home now! My son Aiden is still in Pittsburgh but tomorrow he is being moved to Erie. My dad lives in Erie so we are staying with him for the time Aiden is in the hospital *fingers crossed it wont be long* It shouldn't be long till we are all home together! he is breathing on his own and isn't on any monitors and takes a bottle every other feeding

My sisters shower is coming up

My sisters baby shower is on the 12 and for her i made onesies. they took me all this week to make. I havent been able to get motivted to do much this week. My dr put me on blood pressure meds cuz my bp is not good which scares me cuz my one sister had to have all 4 of her kids very early due to her high blood pressure. I have to get test done on sat then back to the dr tue so wish me luck...

anyways here are the onesies i did up for sat....

The greenish color is just a piece of paper to keep the paint from bleeding on to the back...

I'm so excited my baby shower is this sat! my mom made super cute center pieces I'll have to post pics later.

Made two more cards today. Cards must be my thing this year lol. The first one i made turned out so nice but silly me put it in the envelope before i took pictures =(. I made it for a friend who found out she was pregnant earlier this week! So many 2011 babies!!!

The second one i made was for two challenges for two sites. More than favors is having a color challenge to use yellow, blue, and white. Cooking W/ Cricut is to make something with a shadow, in honor of ground hogs day! *thank god Phil did not see his shadow*

Made two cards today! Finished the one for my sisters babyshower on the 12th. The other for MPS challenge.

First my sisters card! I love it, it turned out so cute.

I started out with a tri-fold card then pretty much glued it back together

used: New arrival cartridge

Train: 3.15 x 1.50

Now for the MPS challenge. it was to make something supper yummy! this is what i came up with a sweet card

    I think it turned out pretty cute =)
 I don't remember the size of anything but i used Indie art cartridge.
For both cards i used my Gypsy. on the ice cream card i took off all the lines inside the ice cream and the cone for a simpler shape, uesing the hide contour button. (the one that looks like two corners. i didnt know what it was for until recently now it my favorite button!!)

Baby Baby

So this morning i had a dream about food and woke up drooling! *yuck* I always made fun of my sister for being a drooler i guess i shouldn't of lol I'm hoping this stops once Aiden is born. I had a baby Dr apt today and everything is good but i got a pill for Magnesium to help with wrist pain I've been having, I hope it helps.

after dishes today I'm going to work on a baby shower card for my sister who is due 3 days before me *crazy i know* I'll post pictures of it when I'm done =)

Woot first post ^_^ My pink stamper birthday card

So i finally made a place to share my crafty craftness lol!

At christmas my wonderful fiance got me a gypsy which was fallowed by my mom giving me a cricut *im loved i know! Well I love the internet so I searched things for my gypsy and came across a wounderful site called http://www.mypinkstamper.com/ *love this site!* Today is Robyn birthday and she made a challenge to make a birthday project so here is what i made

Dino #1 says "oh oh oh a shooting star a shooting star make a wish"

Oh how I love it! haha i did a drawing many moons ago with this on it but never made it in to anything till now.
